The BANKSETA is honoured to provide a reference on the professional consultancy rendered by PI Company to our sector. We have been singularly impressed and have received good overall satisfaction rating from participating delegates on the work done by the PI Company during International Executive Development (IEDP) which they designed and executed for the BANKSETA in 2009/2010. In subsequent impact studies PI Company was commended for their detailed feedback mechanism in the Learner Development Reflector Big Five Personality instrument.

We also engaged PI Company to arrange a study tour to the Netherlands to investigate the approach to Recognition to Prior Learning. The result was an unqualified success due to the hard work of Drs S Rebel and his team. The final report was used as a foundation for the Ministerial Task Team in RPL, and the banking sector has started to apply the model in order to assist Bank Personnel on achieving their FAIS accreditation as required by the Financial Services Board.
